So, we got the best butcher, our Angry Butcher. The Angry Butcher makes burgers from Simmental. The Simmental produces beef with nice white fat and excellent marbling. Thanks to the slow breeding methods, the meat has a fine structure and delicious flavor. For our burgers the meat is being ground through once and seasoned with Maldon salt and white pepper.
It might cost us a bit more, but it makes our burgers juicy and tasteful, with an ‘angry good bite’. Our Angry Burgers have that great taste of beef, the real deal, not just a bland taste of any meat.
